Prerequisites:	Introduction to the Internet or comparable experience
Description:	This seminar will introduce students to eBay©, which is the largest auction online. Millions of goods are bought and sold every day. This seminar will help you understand how eBay© works. You create an account and learn about selling basics, how to improve your listings and various techniques to sell your products more effectively and obtaining good customer feedback.

After completing this seminar, students will be able to:

• Understand how eBay© works
• Create an eBay© account
• Create a seller** account
• Register for a PayPal account
• Learn eBay ettiquette
• List your item
• Understand the seller fees
• How to handle questions/issues
• Manage feedback (selling and buying)

** To create an eBay© seller account, you must have the following three items before you attend the class:

1. Access to an e-mail account (this must be accessible through a Web browser). If you do not have (or have access) to a Web-based e-mail account, we can help you create one at the begining of the seminar.
2. Valid Credit Card (for eBay registration - used to confirm your identity)
3. A Check from your checking account (for eBay registration - used to confirm your identity)
